SLD350L SUL350L 1.2M LED PCB Magazine Loader and Unloader — magazine handling for PCBs up to 1200 x 350 mm. The SLD350L is our in-line magazine loader and the SUL350L the matching unloader for 1.2 m class boards - LED tube PCBs, lens strips and other long panels up to 1200 x 350 mm. How the loader and unloader run a line
- Load the magazine — Boards are stacked in the 1200*460*563 mm magazine at the chosen step (10, 20, 30 or 40 mm on the unloader).
- Clamp and align — Pneumatic clamps square the magazine in the unit before any board moves - the datasheet lists this on both machines.
- Push onto the conveyor — The regulated-pressure pneumatic pusher presents one board at a time; pusher position adjusts to the centre of the magazine.
- Handshake down the line — SMEMA compatibility lets the unit talk to the adjacent equipment in an existing SMT/THT line.
- Swap the empty magazine — High throughput with a short magazine change-over is a stated design goal; the unloader swap is about 30 seconds or specify.
