The SME-750II Pneumatic Stencil Cleaning Machine from Southern Machinery is a dual-chamber, compressed-air-driven stencil washer designed for SMT and EMS production lines. It cleans two stencils at once — up to L750 × W750 × H40 mm each — in a fully automatic clean-and-dry cycle of roughly 3–5 minutes per side. Because the whole machine is driven by compressed air and contains no electric motor inside the wash chamber, it can safely run with solvents as well as water-based cleaning liquids, while the SUS304 structure and all-SUS304 liquid piping resist acid and alkali corrosion.
