The SME-5600D Batch-Type PCBA Cleaning Machine (also designated SCM5600D) is an off-line, energy-saving, batch-cleaning integrated machine from Southern Machinery. A single push of the start key automatically completes the full chemical clean → DI water rinse → hot air drying sequence inside one sealed cabinet.
It effectively removes residual rosin flux, water-soluble flux, no-clean flux and solder paste balls, plus other organic and inorganic residues from SMT / THT PCBAs — the cleaning step trusted in aviation, aerospace, medical, new-energy and automotive electronics production.
How a batch cycle runs
Boards sit in two 610x560x110mm stainless baskets that shuttle automatically back and forth while upper/middle/lower 360° rotating spray rods work the surfaces. Typical recipe: clean 10-20 min at 40-60°C, DI rinse 1-2 min x 3-5 times, hot air dry 20-30 min at 70-95°C — a finished batch in 40-60 minutes. On-line resistivity monitoring (0~18 MΩ) confirms rinse water quality through every cycle.
