S3000 Automatic Radial Component Insertion Machine
The S3000 is an automatic radial insertion machine developed for the efficient insertion of tape-packed THT components into printed circuit boards. It is suitable for capacitors, transistors, resistors, LEDs, connectors and other compatible radial-lead components.
The machine integrates servo-driven insertion, machine vision correction, programmable insertion directions, automatic lead trimming and clinching. It is designed to improve insertion consistency, reduce manual assembly work and support flexible THT production.
