RTF-1001 Radial THT Tape Component Feeder for SMT Machines

The RTF-1001 Radial Feeder is designed for feeding taped THT and radial electronic components to SMT mounting equipment. It is suitable for capacitors, safety capacitors, LEDs, keys, transistors and compatible hardware parts. The feeder features an 80 mm compact width, PLC and sensor control, a cycle time of ≤0.8 second and a unique CCL core linkage mechanism. Lead clamping before cutting helps reduce component jumping and cutting-surface deformation, while the integrated floating mechanism enables fast lead-length adjustment.
