BF-2002D Dual Bowl Feeder for SMT Machines

The BF-2002D Dual Bowl Feeder automatically sorts, orients and transfers bulk components such as connectors, switches, transformers and plastic parts. Its space-saving dual-bowl design, PLC control, vibration control and sensor detection provide stable feeding, a cycle time of approximately 0.8 seconds and positioning accuracy up to 0.5 mm. The system can be customized for integration with Panasonic, JUKI, FUJI, ASM, Universal and other SMT or automated assembly equipment.

Description

BF-2002D Dual Bowl Feeder for SMT Machines

The BF-2002D Dual Bowl Feeder is an automatic bulk component    sorting and feeding system designed for SMT machines and automated assembly    lines. It can sort, orient and transfer connectors, switches, transformers,    hardware parts, plastic parts and other bulk components into a stable and    repeatable feeding position.

Its dual-bowl configuration increases feeding capacity while reducing the    required installation area. PLC control, vibration amplitude control and    sensor detection help maintain continuous component delivery and reliable    production performance.

Key Benefits

  • Precision: Achieves feeding and positioning accuracy of      up to 0.5 mm for consistent component transfer.

  • Productivity: Automatic sorting and feeding with an      approximate cycle time of 0.8 seconds improves production throughput.

  • Versatility: Suitable for connectors, switches,      transformers, plastic parts and various customized bulk components.

  • Performance: PLC control, vibration control and sensors      support stable, reliable and durable operation.

  • Integration: Mechanical height, transfer tracks and      communication interfaces can be adapted for SMT and automation lines.

Typical Applications

  • Connectors and terminals

  • Switches and relays

  • Transformers and electronic components

  • Plastic parts and hardware components

  • Bulk parts requiring automatic orientation

  • SMT machines and automated assembly lines
